The BC Salvation Army Anti-Human Trafficking Programs accept referrals from agencies, law enforcement, government, non-profit organizations from across Canada. Self-referrals are required to connect with our New Hope Outreach Workers to assess program suitability before a referral can be made*.
How To Make A Referral
- Review our Intake Criteria
- Call Deborah’s Gate to speak directly to staff (604-915-5678). Please indicate if this is an emergent situation with no interim shelter option.
- Once speaking with staff, a referral form will be emailed to you to complete with the individual you are referring. Scan and email, or fax it back to us.
- Once received, Deborah’s Gate will review the referral form and contact you as soon as possible*
*Individuals who are unable to join our program are provided Outreach Services to access supportive community alternatives
